I know it's common to have resolutions around this time of the year so why not join the band wagon and list some of my goals for 2012.
Lose more weight
- Go to the gym at least 3 times a week
- Limit take aways to special occasions or once monthly
- Cook from scratch more
- Meal plan
- Start parent child dates with our boy.
- Daily hands on play with the kids
- Monthly dates with hubby
I think all of these are achievable, just need to keep them in mind every day so I actually achieve them.
